Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and WyeTech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("WyeTech", "we"), the operator of ApproveKit. By using approvekit.dev, the ApproveKit MCP server or any ApproveKit package, you accept them. If you use ApproveKit for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

ApproveKit audits an app inventory against published review rules of Apple, Google and other platforms, and generates compliance documents (privacy policy, account deletion page, reviewer notes, Google OAuth materials) from the information you provide. The audit is free. Paid packages are delivered per app after payment. Hosted pages are served at a subdomain of approvekit.dev for the app they belong to.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

ApproveKit is for professionals and businesses. You must be at least 18 and use the service only for apps you own or are authorized to represent. You may not use it to mislead a platform reviewer or an end user, to publish content unrelated to an app you control, to probe or overload the service, or in violation of any law.

3. Your inventory and your responsibility

Every document is generated from the inventory your agent sends. You represent that the inventory is accurate and complete, that you have the right to publish the documents under the name you provide, and that you will review each document, resolve every item marked for confirmation, and correct anything inaccurate before publishing or submitting it. Once published, the documents are yours and you are responsible for them.

4. Not legal advice; no guarantee of approval

ApproveKit is a software tool. Its output is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship; consult a lawyer for legal questions about your app. Platform reviews are decided solely by Apple, Google and other third parties, whose rules change without notice. We do not guarantee that any app will be approved or that a document will satisfy any reviewer.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Packages are one-time purchases per app. Because each package is produced specifically for your app and delivered immediately, purchases are final once the documents have been generated. If we cannot generate the documents for a paid order, we refund it in full. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a withdrawal right for digital content, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right is waived once delivery begins.

6. Hosted pages

Pages you publish through the service remain online while these terms are in force. If we discontinue the service or a hosted page for any reason other than your breach, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email to the address used at checkout so you can move the content. You may export the text of your documents at any time through the service. We may remove, without notice, content that is unlawful, misleading, infringes third-party rights, or is unrelated to an app you control.

7. Intellectual property

You own the documents generated for your app and may use, modify and publish them without restriction. WyeTech owns the ApproveKit software, the rule catalog, the templates and the service itself, and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them through the service. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYETECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYETECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR A REJECTED, DELAYED OR REMOVED APP, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. WYETECH'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the extent the law permits.

10. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify WyeTech and its member, contractors and agents against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your app, your inventory, the documents you publish, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or abuse of the service. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your apps. Sections 3, 4 and 7 through 14 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by contacting support within 30 days will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, with the seat in Sheridan County, Wyoming; either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Disputes must be brought individually; class actions and class arbitrations are waived. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing support@approvekit.dev within 30 days of first using the service, in which case the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. Where the law of your country does not permit these provisions for consumers, they apply to the extent permitted.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after being posted here; continued use after that date is acceptance. The date below shows the current version.

14. General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and WyeTech about the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the service. Notices to us go to support@approvekit.dev; notices to you go to the email used at checkout. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
